Data Processing Agreement

When you buy learningkav for your staff, your organisation is the data controller and LEARNINGKAV LIMITED is the processor. We process personal data only on your documented instructions.

Subject matter: providing the learningkav service to your people. Data subjects: your staff who use it. Data types: account details, study goals, plans, sessions and engagement data. Duration: for the term of your agreement.

We keep data confidential, apply appropriate technical and organisational security, ensure staff are bound by confidentiality, and assist you with data-subject requests and your own compliance duties.

We use vetted sub-processors under written contract and keep a current list available on request. We'll give you notice of intended changes so you can object.

Data is stored in the UK. Any transfer outside the UK would be made only with appropriate safeguards in place.

We'll notify you without undue delay of a personal-data breach affecting your data, make available the information you reasonably need to demonstrate compliance, and delete or return the data at the end of the agreement.
